Introducing the snack of the summer

I mentioned to my yoga teacher that I was feeling super gross after doing a bunch of traveling lately and she suggested I check out the Goop summer reset plan and in particular the watermelon with cayenne and lime. I’m a huge fan of anything spicy and anything sour so I headed straight to the grocery store after work to grab the ingredients. Life-changing!

This is a seriously delicious mix of flavors that you can change up a bit by adding or subbing in fresh pineapple and/or mango. I’ve eaten some version of this combo every day now for more than a week. It’s perfect as a light breakfast, a quick bite to tide you over while making dinner when you get home from work ravenous (I know I’m not the only one), or when you need just a little something more before bed.

So refreshing – I can’t wait to try it out while sitting on a dock with my feet in the water. Soon.
